Class Registration

Sign up for the pelvic floor, pregnancy, and postpartum class starting August 1st at 6:30 PM.

What to expect

August 1st at 6:30 PM with snacks and drinks provided.

A cozy room set up with chairs arranged for a small group class, with soft lighting and welcoming atmosphere.
